This great budget hotel was a nice comfy base for a business stay. Our room was a nice size, included with internet and shower, and single beds.
Fine facilities, everything you could wish for.

Cheap room with a balcony, the staff was pleasant! Its magnificent, very central location was a plus. Just 15 minutes on foot to London Paddington underground, was a big plus.
There was something as lift missing.

Very considerate staff person who carried our suitcases up the four winding flights of stairs.
This is a typical small, older London hotel well located near Paddington Station, and therefore easily accessed from Heathrow via the express train. It is on the lower end of the scale with small rooms, some requiring major efforts at climbing stairs, and a very basic 'continental' breakfast (from an unspecified continent) with corn flakes, white bread, watery orange juice etc.

A bed leg was broken, I had twin bed instead of Double, Hair drier works sometime, no shampoo, tiny TV, noisy room because of painting works, radiator stops sometimes. Generally, the hotel should not rate more than two stars.

The room was spacious and affordable, it came with clean towels, a choice of bath or shower, and a private bathroom 🛁.

I arrived at the Seymour Hotel and was told I was staying at a the Alexandra hotel down the road. They were doing some building work on the Seymour Hotel so I think thats why I was moved. The hotel I ended up staying was quite nice, simple but comfortable. For the price it was what I expected.
My room was on the top floor up 5 flights of narrow stairs, ok for me with only one bag but would be awful if you had luggage. The heating in my room didnt work but when I told reception they organised a portable heater for me. The breakfast was very average.

all i can say is that it was quite low cost, breakfast was very good and it was central to the shops and with easy access for theatreland. also very close to all amneties such as cinema, supermarkets, banks and christian church. the downside was that hot water was non existent in the morning and window could not be opened at all. after a night of closed up air, one would appreciate a little fresh air in the morning. other than that i was a satisfied customer...... as always.

Central locational to shops and Paddington Station. Good basic breakfast. Very helpful stafff. Excellent price, comfy beds.
There was an old pair of slippers under our bed so I don't know if the room had been cleaned before we got there!!! Also, no-one cleaned our room or replaced the towels on the second day of our two day trip. Our shower kept flooding and took a while to go down. By the time the second person had a shower the whole bathroom was flooded leaking onto the outside carpet; this was quite difficult to deal with as there was four of us in a room.
